How do I apply ?
To apply for one of our positions please complete the online application form. Please take your time to fill out this application form thoroughly, as it is used by the organisation of your choice to assess your suitability for their programme. This form does not imply an obligation or commitment to join the programme, but we do ask to only apply if you are serious about this placement. As soon as we hear back from the organisation regarding your application we will be in touch. If in the mean time you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once approval is received from the Host Organisation we will contact you to obtain further information. As soon as we receive this information we will send you your invoice. Your invoice will be due 7 days from day of issue and only upon receipt of the deposit will your placement be secured.
What does the application process involve?
Once we receive your application form we will forward them on to the organisation of your choice for their approval. As soon as we receive written approval from them we will email you and send you an invoice. Upon receipt of the deposit your placement will be secured, you will be sent a receipt and a letter confirming your volunteer placement for your visa application. You will then be introduced via email to your in-country volunteer coordinator who will be there to help you to prepare for your trip and answer any questions you may have.
